Drawing check
We read a construction drawing set before it goes to state expertise and return a findings report: sheet, clause, fix — before the expertise review starts. It works on sets well over ten sheets.
- One line per finding, with the sheet, the region and the norm clause, labelled breaks-norm, above-norm, norm-silent, other-standard or unverified.
- Severity in three steps: blocking, major, minor.
- A fix line per finding — what to change, not a redraw.
- A recheck pass on the revised set.
- Sample report: six sheets from a real set, ten findings — two blocking, five major, three minor. Sent on request.
This is a second opinion, not certification. We do not stamp, we do not guarantee that the set passes expertise, we do no design or redraw work and we take no liability for findings missed. Client drawings are not used elsewhere and are deleted on request.
